Paul is a Partner at CJB Law and manages the firm’s transactional Practice. Paul specializes in the areas of Commercial Transactions, Real Estate Transactions, Estate Planning and Probate. A native of St. Paul and graduate of Fergus Falls High school, Paul graduated from Bemidji State University with a degree in Finance and served as a financial auditor for a national banking corporation prior to law school. Paul has over 20 years of experience representing individuals, corporations, and banks handling matters of daily routine questions to major transactions and matters including, establishing trust agreements, real estate litigation, quiet title matters, asset and Stock sales, entity formation and management, mergers, acquisitions, and complex financing arrangements. Paul is a former board member of Productive Alternatives, Bemidji State Foundation, and served as the president of the Fergus Falls Hockey Association and Underwood Youth Football Association.
Paul and his wife, Sarah, have three grown children, Brady, Chase, and Abbi and reside on Otter Tail Lake. In his free time, Paul enjoys golf, fishing, boating, and watching football and hockey games (Go Beavers!)
